We said, "1 Eye 1 Life" ; our starting point was human values. We said,"If we don't see, they'll never see." We said, 'If the eyes see each other, the world will light up." We said, "There are good days to see" and started a movement against blindness.
We said, "Cataract surgery means smiling eyes, glowing looks and new beginnings." and joined hands. And on the black continent Africa, we have made it our mission to open the eyes, whose light is covered by the cataract disease.
In Africa, where vision loss occurs every 5 seconds due to malnutrition and climatic conditions, we offer eye surgery services to people who are forced to live their life in poverty, dependent on others.
In the Sahara, where health services are nearly abscent due to technical and material impossibilities, where there is only one doctor per 40,000 people according to estimates; we want to create social awareness through a volunteer movement and make macro interactions with a micro amount such as 1€ to become a light in the dark.
Be a light in the darkness!
Micro support, macro effect with only 1€!
